Two of my subscribers report they are not receiving issues of my ezine. They are subscribed but I don't know what else I can check to see what could be causing the problem. Any suggestions?

Deanna,

I don't know how many subscribers you have, and that's really irrelevant, but if ONLY two are not receiving it, it is not your or the scripts fault. The fault lies on the subscribers end.

Either they have not added your email address to their whitelist, address book, spam autorization list, etc. or their ISP is blocking you. If it's their ISP the only thing they can do is change their email address to another email account (such as Yahoo or iWon, etc.).

Check with them to make sure they have approved your email address. If they have, then I would suggest to them to use a different email account.

Hope this helps!
